John and his wife,Teresa, have been married for 27 years and they have 2 sons, Micah and Elijah. John was saved at age 6 and at age 13, he felt God’s call on his life to ministry. John graduated from Southwestern Assembly of God University in Waxahachie, Texas, and became a licensed minister in 2001. John was a youth pastor before serving as a Chi Alpha campus missionary for 15 years. In 2019, John resigned from Chi Alpha and came on staff at River of Life Church. He became Senior Pastor in April 2024
